I quiet agree with you, in theory the approval is great but in practice, its unpredictable. Considering the fact that it's an unprecedented event in the financial world I will want to stay positive and believe it will spur the fundamentals and do well for the image and perception of crypto in general which had suffered enormous damage to it's image in recent times leading to lows and high.
