Welcome to my 91st Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update! Another solid week of building, growing, and saving has passed here on our exceptional Hive Blockchain, and while things have continued to be somewhat challenging with all of @arcange's services and websites still being offline after his hack on February 10th, I did exceed all three of my weekly goals, which is a great way to end the week and begin another!
I love and believe in Hive immensely, as ya'll know, but yeah, our Blockchain is kind of hobbling along at the moment, with quite a few rather important things not working, even beyond @arcange's services and sites being down. A few days ago reputation stats stopped working on both PeakD and Ecency, so now the only place I have to check my reputation is HiveStats. From my perspective, these issues need to be resolved fully before any large-scale onboarding is attempted, because as it is now far too much of Hive's infrastructure is fragile and unreliable, in part because many services are still centralized. We must find a way to decentralize everything, or else we will continue to have glaring areas of weakness that are points of failure and attack.
It's looking like I may have to shift compiling and writing these posts from Sunday to Saturday, because the way I have it now I devote my entire day to Hive, which makes it so that I couldn't go out for things like Sunday Funday even if I wanted to do so. Since more and more people are asking and inviting me to go out on Sundays, it's coming up that I need to reorganize my time a bit, especially in regard to these posts, because they take so long to prepare and complete. I haven't decided exactly when I'm going to implement this yet, but it might be soon.

The HiveBuzz website, along with many other important services, have been down since @arcange's servers were hacked and disabled on February 10, so I could not collect data, so no change from last week.

This week I gained +43.33 HP, +0.045 Reputation, and +2.253 HBD in Savings, which means that I surpassed my HP goal by +5.145 HP, my Reputation goal by +0.014 Reputation, and my goal for HBD in Savings by +0.857 HBD, which is simply lovely! Since HiveBuzz is still down, I wasn't able to collect my rank information again.
Although distribution for delegation payouts for DBOND/DABS is still not working, LGN distribution started once again earlier in the week, and as of today it seems that DHEDGE/DVS is now working again too, very thankfully. I have noticed that both @hivelist with COM distribution, and the LOLZ team with LOLZ distribution, never stopped working through these present challenges. Mad props to them for keeping things working, and to the LGN and DHEDGE teams for getting things working again!
This week I added a new HP delegation account, @dustbunny, which is another dust-watching service like @dustsweeper, to which also delegate. I am noticing my curation APR going up nicely, and I think that they are helping a good bit! Next on my list of HP delegations are the LOLZ team's various curation accounts (19 in total), which I'll likely add in another month or two.
My rising curation APR seemed to balance out the HP APR dropping to 2.93% this week, which is helpful. My curation APR is actually the highest it's been in several months, just over 8%, which is bloody sweet!
In fewer than two days I'll claim just over 4 HBD in interest from my HBD in Savings, which will bring my total in Savings to over 250. This is half of my 2024 goal of 500 HBD in Savings, and it's only the end of February, which gives me a lot of hope that I will be able to reach my 500 by the end of the year.
