RE: If it fell off and rolls, I might be lucky

I'm sorry you have that rectification in your cervical, is that it? Maybe some type of physical therapy will help you combined with some exercises designed for this? For now, you should not do heavy weights or assume uncomfortable positions when you work... and look at me here giving you advice when mine is not very good.. Maybe if we weld them like you say we'll come out better... hahahaha How sad, I'm sorry.

Sort:

Rectification and cervical osteoarthritis, I try not to talk about the diagnosis but many times I need to vent.

And of course, I have already had physiotherapy sessions and they helped me at the time when I practically spent 6 months without being able to leave the house, I only went out to go to therapies. Now fortunately I feel better and I can lead a relatively normal life but with pain and discomfort, and of course I must take care of my posture and try not to lift weights, although the latter is inevitable in my life at this time, but I still have to do what I have to do.

Do you also have a cervical like a stick? That's horrible, but well, we are still standing, which is the important thing 🤗

It is the perfect description, the cervical like a rigid stick...and it is horrible. I don't have much osteoarthritis, but as you say, you have to live with it. I'm sorry that we are in these conditions, so let's take all the precautions and continue doing well...put a lot of cold ice on the place and you will feel incredible relief... My best wishes to you little girl.
