I don't think I have ever had Okra prepared in a way that I like. I used to hate it, but I also used to hate brussel sprouts and broccoli, so I think I would like to try it again. I had okra a long time ago down in Oklahoma when we were visiting some friends.

        There were many recipes around. I once ate okra fritters mistakenly and that was quite crunchy. I liked it , but such thing never cooked at home....
