Hello,
Tomorrow Saturday I officially start my summer holidays and like almost everyone else when this time comes the daily routine is left aside and plans begin that are not made every day or weekend.
A Saturday to go fishing and enjoy the beach
With the start of my holidays and as the weather is forecast to be very good, I will focus on Saturday on enjoying a personal hobby that I love to practice. That hobby is fishing.
With almost 100% probability, I will go to a cliff with my rod and some sea worms as bait.
I will spend a few hours, hopefully a fun few hours catching some fish that if they are the right size will probably be my lunch or dinner for the next two days.
If the fishing day doesn't go too well because the fish won't be fooled by the various baits and lures, very close to the cliff where I like to go fishing is the beach of Arnao.
There I will be able to rest for a while lying on a towel and sunbathing.
I can take a bath that will surely refresh me after a day's fishing.
And of course, I will walk around the sandy beach and the rocky area with my mobile phone to take pictures of the place.
Family Barbecue
Sunday, I have set aside for the family and in particular for a barbecue.
I have just arranged with my aunt who works in a supermarket to buy ribs, chorizo and chicken as I did last year.
I will lovingly cook the barbecue as I do every year, with a good holm oak charcoal that produces hardly any smoke and therefore leaves a pleasant taste to the meat.
I will lovingly prepare my secret sauce with which I will add the unmistakable touch to the barbecue.
And as a good after-dinner treat after the meal we will have fun playing UNO. A card game that we take up again every summer thanks to my cousin Natalia.
In the afternoon, to finish off the meal, we will probably go for a walk near the village to the Veiral viewpoint.
It is a demanding walk of 4 kilometres from the family home, but the views will be worth it.
And in the evening, as there are parties in the nearby villages, I will almost certainly go with friends to enjoy a few drinks and live music.
Best regards and have a good weekend.
