we have food trucks! Typical of my region, not stuff from other cultures like tacos, they are called "panini onti" which means "dirty sandwich", because tradition used to be that it wasnt really a clean place and the people there weren't really cleaning a lot...of course now it's changed and it's clean but the name remains

also you can put on in everything you want, litterally you can make them put every single ingredient they have, you can pick burger, cotoletta, sausage, then all the sauces you want, onions, pepperoni, zucchini etc

sometimes i eat there, like when it's late and im on the road
