It seems easy but it is not; we are talking about the length of time you will live, so without a doubt I selected: the egg. It is divine, I really can't get enough of it because it is so versatile in its different ways of preparation that it is simply difficult to get bored of it.

It is the best protein par excellence and it provides satiety. Years ago you were led to believe that it raised bad cholesterol but nowadays it has been proven that this is not the case. This complete food allows the production of acetylcholine, a substance necessary for brain function.
This delicacy is incredible how it can go from being present in the most delicious and delicate desserts (not at all healthy) to a divine salad. A new addiction is to sauté onion, paprika and chili for breakfast, if you wish, but it must have carrots, it gives it a special touch that fascinates me.
I thought a lot to choose the second food, the same is very controversial because it is not the most ecological but the consumption of this, goes back to the beginning of humanity: meat. Don't blame me for selecting it.
According to experts it is the only food you can survive on if you only consume it, it is another great protein. I try as much as possible to reduce meat consumption, but my family belongs to the #Grillers team, so it is a bit complicated to reduce its consumption.
