I thought of you tonight making mushroom tacos for dinner. I had big field mushrooms sliced, and added smoked paprika, cinnamon, cummin, salt, tamari and fried til they were proper browned. So good in soft shell tacos with lettuce, tomato, chilli sauce and coconut yoghurt with garlic. Yum.
