RE: An experience I wouldn’t repeat. (Week 302)

From the way you've described it, it's clear your boss didn't mean any harm; he just assumes everyone else does because he enjoys super spicy food... Wrong assumption 😅

This contrasts sharply with the experience of an old friend who tried to play a prank on me when I first tasted sushi. He told me the wasabi was delicious and served me an excessive amount. What a tasteless joke! It took me a while to recover while he laughed himself silly. I didn't want to eat sushi again for quite some time, until a good friend invited me to enjoy it without any such tasteless jokes.

In my case, I tried it a few times but I never really liked sushi, ha ha ha – my brother used to make it when he worked in a Korean-Chinese restaurant... I never liked it, but the good thing is that you were able to enjoy it properly!

The real joke my friend played wasn't even trying the sushi; I love rolls and salads. His joke was making me try wasabi, which is a green, spicy condiment that's placed on the side of the plate. It's very intense, and honestly, I just suffered for quite a while

I don't even want to try that!!!😆

Great decision—I had no idea what it was. That idiot of a so-called friend of mine, of course, knew all about it 😒

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
