Comenzaremos con una de las muchas postales que logre sacar en mi viaje al restaurante del Hotel Humbolt, la vista es sensacional, como a través de las nubes se vislumbra las luces de la ciudad, sorprende los espacios que tenemos y que seguramente muchos no sabemos que están ahí, con la época navideña, el frio es mas de lo que suele ser, sin embargo, se puede apreciar a la perfección todo el paisaje. Por cierto, tome esta foto de bajada, pero siento que queda espectacular como portada

The view is sensational; the city lights peek through the clouds, and it's surprising how many of us don't even know we have these spaces. With the Christmas season upon us, it's colder than usual, but you can still perfectly appreciate the entire landscape. By the way, I took this photo on the way down, but I feel it would make a spectacular cover photo."
Ya en subida, mucho mas temprano y en movimiento, ya se comenzaba a vislumbrar el final del amarillo, que iba siendo tapado por la oscuridad de la noche, pero no solo eso, ya nosotros habíamos pasado las nubes, estábamos por encima de ellas y se veía genial, esto era parte del viaje
"Already climbing, much earlier and in motion, we could begin to glimpse the end of the yellow, which was being covered by the darkness of the night, but not only that, we had already passed the clouds, we were above them and the view was great, this was part of the journey"
Pero para comenzar, había que esperar que llegaron los jeep donde íbamos a subir, esta es la zona de espera, ya el paisaje nos avisaba que iba a estar para nosotros a pesar de que llovió un poco, luego el sol se iba escondiendo, sacando sus mejores colores para nosotros, entre un rojizo y un amarillo que se despedía de nosotros.
"But to begin, we had to wait for the jeeps to arrive where we were going to get on; this is the waiting area. The landscape already told us that it was going to be there for us, even though it rained a little. Then the sun began to hide, bringing out its best colors for us, between a reddish and a yellow that said goodbye to us."
Así nos recibía el hotel, ya con los últimos rayos de luz, una leve sombra se apoderaba del lugar, el reflejo de agua en todos lados y... una nubes negras que venían a poner mas frio todo el lugar
"This is how the hotel greeted us, with the last rays of light fading, a light shadow taking over the place, water reflecting everywhere, and... dark clouds that were coming to make the whole place even colder."

Ya dentro del hotel, con una vista excelente, las nubes, los últimos rayos de sol, las luces comenzando a encenderse...

Aquí comenzaba la decoración, había muchos cuadros, obras de arte que daban a la entrada del hotel, entrabas a un ascensor y de ahí al lobby donde te dirigían al restaurante o ibas a la habitación
"This is where the decoration began; there were many paintings, works of art that faced the entrance of the hotel. You entered an elevator and from there to the lobby where you were directed to the restaurant or went to your room."

Obviamente había mucha decoración por ser navidad, sin embargo no le tome a todo, se me hubiera ido mucho tiempo, sin embargo capte este arbolito que particularmente estaba un poco por encima de la de mas decoración
"Obviously there was a lot of decoration because it was Christmas, however I didn't photograph everything, it would have taken too long, however I did capture this little tree which was particularly a bit above the rest of the decorations"
Excelente recibimiento en el restaurante, te ponen todo muy lindo y una decoración bastante lujosa, el menú tenia bastante opciones, sin embargo me fui por algo tradicional, algo que no falla, termine pidiendo una hamburguesa, cabe acotar, que fui uno de los que no tuvo que esperar tanto con su plato, y quede lleno jajaja, capaz otras personas van a pedir algo mas diferente a un día a día, y por lo que escuche todos quedaron contentos con sus platos, pero tuvieron que repetir y ahí si la cuenta te puede salir costosa.
"Excellent welcome at the restaurant, everything is beautifully presented and the decor is quite luxurious. The menu had many options, however, I went for something traditional, something that never fails. I ended up ordering a hamburger. It's worth mentioning that I was one of those who didn't have to wait long for my food, and I was stuffed, haha. Perhaps other people will order something a little different from their usual fare, and from what I heard, everyone was happy with their meals, but they had to order seconds, and that's when the bill can get expensive."
Imposible que pueda faltar, la foto de la comida, como ven es bastante resuelta, un poco seca, pero te ponen la salsa para que la agregues al gusto y problema resuelto, en general, el servicio es bastante lento, había pocas personas y tardaron bastante en sacar todas las comidas, supongo que tenían un solo cocinero... Pero todo bien chévere, mi recomendación es que vayan con tiempo y... Disfruten es un lugar muy lindo de conocer, no es impagable pero si se pueden gastar sus 120$ en comida fácilmente :)
"Of course, the food photo is a must. As you can see, it's pretty basic, a little dry, but they give you the sauce so you can add it to your liking, and problem solved. Overall, the service is quite slow; there weren't many people, and it took a while for all the food to arrive. I suppose they only had one cook... But everything was pretty cool. My recommendation is to go with plenty of time and... enjoy! It's a very nice place to visit. It's not outrageously expensive, but you can easily spend $120 on food :)"
