In my district, Mianwali, it was a rainy day. The rain has increased the cold here in our area. We have been waiting for the rain for a while now. Luckily today the weather was very pleasant. So both my friends Imran Khan and Irfan Khan asked me to join them in some outdoor activities. I always like their proposal because they are very close to my heart. I and my friends decided to visit our neighboring village Mochh. The plan was to eat fried fish from a renowned shopkeeper Majeed Khan.
After traveling for fifteen to twenty minutes, we reached our desired destination, Mochh. First of all, we visited a stall where a famous fish seller in our area, Kaleemullah Khan, was selling the Indus River fish. We saw a variety of fish there. He was selling Dambra, soli, Malli, Gulfam, and Singhara fish. We decided to buy Malli fish because it is our favorite fish. The good thing about it is that the diet of this kind of fish is little fish.
We bought one kg Malli fish and asked him to cut it into little pieces. He did so and we departed towards the shop of Majeed Khan. He was waiting for us. We asked him to fry this fish within no time because we were very hungry.
While he was frying fish, we ordered pancakes and pakoras to have some refreshments. He served pakoras and pancakes. Here you can see the pictures below.
Now the fried fish was ready. He served this fish with a very spicy sauce. Believe me, the fish was very tasty. We enjoyed it a lot. One kg of fried fish was sufficient for three persons. In cold weather, the kind of fish that we were enjoying was something very special for us. I love to travel with friends and enjoy these kinds of special dishes.
After enjoying a fish party, we decided to go to a hotel located near Pai Khel Railway Station. It is called the Alnoor Hotel and Restaurant. The tea, which we call Doodh Patti in our language, is very special to them. So we ordered three cups of tea and enjoyed gup shup.
In the evening we returned to our homes. It was another wonderful day spent with friends. We enjoyed it a lot.
