Crunchy Memories😋🔥 A Colorful Journey Through Childhood Papads 🌈🥟Rainbow Crunch

Since childhood, I have been eating a food with great enthusiasm. It is very crispy, very tasty and has a lot of crunch in it. That is why children and adults of all ages eat it with great enthusiasm. When I was in primary school, there was a shop near our primary school and this colorful food was sold in this shop and the children were in a rush. I enjoy eating it a lot. We call it papad in our local language. Papad is a colorful papad that is long in size and sometimes it is small, but it is colorful. Green, red, yellow, blue, and so on. These papads are of every color and the method of making them is very easy. But in childhood, when we used to see them being made in school life, we used to think it was strange that when they are put in oil, they turn pink and it is very easy to cook them. When I was in primary school as a child, my mother used to tell me I used to give only two rupees as pocket money and with these two rupees I used to buy and eat these papads and sometimes I would also buy a pencil. That was my life and today, looking at these papar, I remember my childhood and school life and I am sharing it with you all.

Today the weather was cool and pleasant but the sweat was still coming because the month of Sawan has started and even if it is cool in summer this month, sweat still comes out from the body and in this beautiful weather we thought that we should make papads and eat colorful papads. My daughter, my son and my niece all made these beautiful colorful papads together. My son went to the shop and bought these papads worth 300 rupees from the shop and I lit a fire and then heated the oil on the fire. After heating, we started frying these papads and when these beautiful papads were ready, we all sat down and ate them together. They tasted exactly the same as we used to eat in our childhood and I told my children that today you guys are eating these papads. We used to eat them a lot in our childhood too and in my school life I used to eat them every day because they used to come in big sizes and at that time the inflation was not too high and everything was very cheap. We used to get these papads and we used to eat them all day long in school. Whenever there was entertainment, break or time to play, we would buy papads and eat them. My children said that you only get two rupees for pocket money. I said yes, you only get two rupees and we used to eat many things with two rupees. Today, seeing these papads reminded me of my childhood and I shared some of my childhood memories with my children. You can see how beautiful these papads are. Their color looks like I am holding a rainbow in my hand. They are just like the rainbow in color. What we are eating is their deliciousness, their crunch and their spicy taste are amazing.

There is a special way to make these papads, it is very easy. First of all, you have to heat the oil. When the oil is well heated, then you have to add the papads in it. You do not have to add too much papad. You have to add the papads little by little at a time. As soon as you add the papads to the oil, they will puff up. You have to let them puff up well and then take them out before they turn brown. One thing you have to remember is that the oil should be hot. If you add them to cold oil, they will not puff up but will shrink. Even if the oil is hot, but if you add a large amount of these papads to the oil, they will still shrink and some will puff up and some of them will shrink. Therefore, while making them, you must be careful that the oil is hot and add them in small quantities and prepare them. I hope you understand my trick because today I have tried it. I first cooked a little. The papads were cooked properly but when I added too much papad some of them cooked properly and some of them shrank. The shrank ones did not taste right so I put them in cold oil and they also did not cook properly so it is very important that the oil is hot and you fry in small quantity.

When we cooked these papads and fried them completely, we ordered tomato ketchup and chili sauce, and eating them with tomato and chili sauce is even more fun, so we enjoyed the beautiful day with delicious papads in a beautiful way, and when the weather is beautiful, the atmosphere is beautiful, and we have the lovely company of our children, then every meal becomes delicious.

Be it childhood or youth, whatever is good in childhood is good in youth as well. Our love for the papads I am mentioning today is not from today but from childhood itself and this beautiful friendship of childhood continues even today and I used to eat my childhood favorite papads with my children today, while we are now moving towards old age. These were some moments, these were some memories, these were beautiful things that I have shared with you today. There are many stories in our life, childhood stories, then youth stories, then old age stories and with these stories, one day this long journey will also end. But I hope that whoever reads this writing of mine today will definitely be happy after reading it. And my wish is that whatever I write, every future person will read it and life is always with those who read it and with those who grow up. Whoever forgets his childhood can never get that pleasure in youth and whoever forgets youth I cannot enjoy old age because when I have childhood memories, I share them with my children and compare my children's childhood with my own. This then becomes a beautiful story. Similarly, youth is also compared in youth and then beautiful stories are created. So the purpose of my writing today was to make a story by combining youth with youth and write beautiful stories by sharing childhood memories with the childhood of today's children. We should leave these stories for future people so that they can read them and then compare the childhood of that time with our childhood. They will also have a story. These are stories of life. Some people had their childhood 500 years ago and then there were people two years ago and we are here today and our children are here today. All these childhoods together make stories.
