Every gathering makes life a moon and when there is a gathering of friends and then friends cook together and then the food is fresh fish from the Indus River, then the fun of the gathering becomes twice as much. I will tell you the story of a gathering today in which we friends fried fresh fish from the Indus River together and when we were frying, all the friends were watching our cooking, but I am telling you the truth. The fish we fried was so great and delicious that all the friends praised us and told us as a reward that when the next gathering is organized and whatever expenses there will be in it, we will be given a discount on those expenses and we will pay half. This was also an honor, there was also the love of friends and it was also a gift that we found very dear because when we were cooking fish, cooking fish is a very difficult task because fish is a meat that burns if it is heated too much and if it is not fried properly, then the taste becomes raw. So we worked hard and then we had a lot of We also bought the spices that we put on the fish. Today I will tell you all the details about how we made this fish and I am sharing this recipe with you all.

Before telling you the fish recipe, I want to tell you that whenever you buy or fry fish, buy fresh fish because fresh fish tastes absolutely fresh and if you buy fish that has been kept for three days or in the freezer, it will not taste like fresh fish. So the first thing we did was that we contacted the fish hunters two days before to ask when we would go fishing. They told us that they would go fishing on Mondays, but they would tell us immediately about the fish they caught. So we were in touch with these hunters, but they would tell us about the fish they caught, but the fish we were going to buy was caught on Tuesdays. This fish is called Gulfam Damra fish in our language. When the hunters caught this Gulfam Damra fish, they immediately told us that they had caught 12 kilos of fish, which is the fish we need. So we immediately reached the river bank on our motorbike and started waiting for the hunters. When the fishermen's boat came, we bought fish from them and returned home after buying. Then we cut and cleaned the fish. After cleaning, when we weighed it, its weight was eight kilos because we removed the heads of the fish and the contents that came out of the stomach. After cleaning the good and pure fish meat, its weight was eight kilos. So the number of us friends was 10. We ate this eight kilo fish with 10 friends. But in its recipe, I will tell you now what were the ingredients that we used to make this fish. Those ingredients are very simple and are available in every kitchen.

One of the ingredients we used to make the fish was salt, red pepper, ginger paste, garlic paste, in addition to fish, cooking oil, coriander powder, ginger powder, lemon powder and lemon juice, vinegar, black pepper. These were the ingredients that we used for the fish. In addition, we also used besan. We could not find any flour and instead we used besan so that a small batter was made using besan and we used besan to make this batter. These were the ingredients that we used to make the fish. Now I will tell you the complete procedure of how we made the fish step by step.

First of all, we washed the fish thoroughly with vinegar and black pepper, but when we applied vinegar and black pepper, we left it for five minutes so that the smell of black pepper and vinegar inside the fish would disappear. When the fish remained in vinegar and black pepper for five minutes, we then washed it thoroughly with clean water so that the effect of vinegar and black pepper would disappear. Then, after washing the fish thoroughly in water, we separated it from the water. Then, we put the ginger and garlic paste inside the fish. After applying the ginger and garlic paste, we added the remaining ingredients, which were salt, fish masala, and black pepper. We put all these ingredients that I have written above on the fish. When we mixed all those ingredients on the fish, we then left the fish for about an hour so that all the spices that we had mixed on the fish could absorb. The flavor should mix well with the fish and we kept the fish like this for half an hour.

After half an hour, we put a frying pan on the stove and poured cooking oil into it. We took one liter of cooking oil because one liter of cooking oil is enough to fry eight kilos of fish. When we poured the cooking oil into the pan and when the cooking oil got well heated, then we slowly put the fish pieces into the cooking oil. When we put the fish pieces in the cooking oil to fry, then we fried the fish on a slow flame. We fried the fish well and when the top layer turned red brown, then we took off the fish. In the same way, we fried all the fish well and kept it aside. When all the fish was cooked and well fried, then after frying the fish, we covered it with paper from above so that it would not get cold because now we had to prepare the sauce for the fish and make the raata, but our friends said that they would not make the sauce but the raata, so then We started making the paste. I'll also share the recipe for the paste we made for the fish below.

To make raita, we took one kilo of curd and then ground the green chillies and coriander in the curd and after grinding the chillies, green chillies and coriander well, we mixed all these ingredients in the curd and then added a little salt to taste. Thus our raita was ready and then all of us friends sat together and ate the fish. The fish was hot and we were enjoying it very much. Then we also made wheat rotis which were fresh and hot. This was our friends' fish party in which all of us friends made fish together. The friend you see in the picture is Kamran. Kamran and I made this fish together and the fish test was so great that we then made a plan that we will make fish again next week and we will cook the fish in different ways and thus we will also prepare different recipes for the fish. This was a party full of love between friends which all of us friends enjoyed a lot and I also thank all the friends who liked our cooked fish. And lifted our spirits.
