Everyone eats Halwa Puri. If you look at it, most people in Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh eat Halwa Puri in the morning and evening. In fact, people here are in search of delicious and nutritious Halwa Puri. Wherever they find delicious and nutritious Halwa Puri, people come to that shop and there is a rush. Similarly, I also like Halwa Puri very much. But in my village or district, there are very few shops where Halwa Puri is made. But these shops are often very crowded in the morning. But the shop I went to today was not very crowded because the shop was newly built and it had been inaugurated only two to three days ago. When I entered the shop to eat Halwa Puri, the smell welcomed me and it was so delicious that every person passing by on the road could smell it and the craving was increasing because of this smell. But I went first and gave up my habit. According to the report, I saw that the smell was delicious, was there any cleaning arrangements there, was the place clean, and what was the condition of the person making the halwa puri? I was satisfied after seeing this and then I ordered the halwa puri. The halwa puri was simple but very tasty and flavorful, just like the smell was delicious.

When the halwa puri was brought to me, I took a bite of it, and the halwa completely melted in my mouth, but it lacked halwa. I asked the shopkeeper to take a plate of small halwa as well, so that the taste of eating halwa and then gram with puri would be something else. When the halwa was brought to me, the taste of the halwa was so delicious that I forgot everything and just got lost in the flavors of the halwa. I ate about four puris, a plate of halwa, and a gram with a big square of rice. My heart was also going to eat two or three more puris, but I thought that this was my stomach and I would eat it again sometime. Then I would enjoy myself again with the pleasure of these puris. So I considered this a blessing in this thing that just four puris were enough to keep my stomach healthy and not put too much burden on it. But in reality, I am telling the truth. When I entered this shop, I was surrounded by fragrance and I was thinking that if the smell was so delicious, how delicious would the taste be when I ate the actual puris? But when I ate the puris, halwa and also ate the chickpeas, their taste was very delicious because a strange sauce was also added to the chickpeas and it tasted spicy. On the other hand, the halwa was sweet and the puris were fried in pure ghee. And then all these things enhanced the taste and I became very calm after eating these things and I told the shopkeeper that I will definitely write an article praising your halwa puris. Then I planned to write this article today.

By the way, let me tell you that you all know that there is a unique way to prepare Halwa Puri. Whenever I see Halwa Puri being made, I feel like it is a great art because the dough is kneaded, then after kneading it, its layers are made, and the layers are made in such a way that when they are made like bread, it is very thin and becomes a very thin bread. And when it is put in oil, it puffs up and gives a beautiful look. This is the puffiness of the bread and this beautiful look is what I like very much. And whenever I go to eat Halwa Puri, the first thing I see is how the artisan is making Halwa Puri and when he puts it in oil and when it goes in the oil, then it puffs up and when its color is brown, that puffed bread on top is very thin and fried in ghee. Its taste is very unique from other breads. I really like this scene. You can also see in the pictures how the artisan makes the dough with his hands and then makes the bread. The bread is very thin and then when it goes into the oil in the frying pan, it becomes fluffy. I really like this beautiful sight. I like to eat hot puris and halwa is even more delicious.

This Halwa Puri is a street food and most people eat it in the big cities of Pakistan. My village is not that big. There are very few shops here where this Halwa Puri is prepared. But if you go to Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot or other big cities, you will see Halwa Puri being prepared in every fourth food shop in every market in the morning. These Halwa Puri are mostly eaten in the morning and people like them very much.

You can see how skillfully the artisan is making the hot Halwa Pooris and the aroma of these sweets is going all over the road, in the shop and to everyone. This was my beautiful food journey in which I explored a street food called Halwa Puri and as I have written above that people of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh eat Halwa Puri with great enthusiasm and similarly the people of my country also eat it with great enthusiasm and this Halwa Puri that I ate was better in every way and was also cheaper in price. I have eaten four Halwa Puris, I have also eaten Halwa and I have also eaten delicious spicy gram along with it. So I have paid a total amount of 200 rupees for it. So you can imagine how cheap the food was and it was also of good quality and delicious. If I had eaten the same Halwa Puri in a big restaurant or hotel, I would have had to pay a minimum bill of 3 thousand rupees because when we go to a big restaurant to eat, there are service charges, there are charges for big buildings, there are luxury charges, so this is a lot. There are charges which add up to a big bill and that is why rich and famous people go to big hotels. For people like us from the poor and needy class, these street foods are the only ones that are delicious and full of flavor, where we can sit with our families and eat cheap, quality and delicious food. But I always write this that whenever you go to eat uptown food or go to eat in a big restaurant or hotel or go to eat in a small hotel, the first thing you should take care of is the cleanliness and quality of the food there.

So I always try to eat good street food. The Halwa Purian I ate today was the best in every way. It was cheap and of good quality. It was cooked with good and quality ingredients. It was also cheap. But as I have compared it, if you eat the same things in a big hotel, you will have to pay more.
