Village food and village life is a life that is full of enjoyment and beauty. I have eaten all kinds of food, from the most expensive to the most expensive. I have eaten in the biggest hotels. But the pleasure in village food, the taste of food prepared in a village style, is more than in a four-star hotel. Be it summer or cold winter nights or days, village food is very tasty in every season. And in summer, to reduce the heat of the summer, the people of the village drink lassi made of butter and yogurt and eat wheat bread baked in a clay oven with lassi or go or millet bread is eaten. But wheat bread is eaten more in summer, while go and millet bread is eaten in winter because millet is a hot commodity and its effect is hot, so it is beneficial in winter. So today I am showing you that there is this clay oven in the village. The one that is heated by fire is hot and breads are being baked in it with wheat flour. You can see the color of the breads and they are very delicious.
The life of the villagers is very healthy due to their simple lifestyle. I have eaten a lot of food and checked their flavors, but the food that is cooked in a rustic style with simple ingredients has a very good taste and quality. Similarly, wheat bread that is prepared in a rustic way in a clay oven also tastes very delicious. Those villagers who are currently 80 or 90 years old, if asked about the secret of their healthy life, they say that it has been their routine to eat wheat bread baked in a clay oven in the summer and lassi made from cow's milk and curd, in addition to butter and desi ghee. These are the simple ingredients that they eat for lunch in the summer. Apart from this, some people also say that if we eat wheat bread baked in the oven with onions and green chillies and lassi with these things in the summer, our life will also be good and our health will also be excellent. And so on. I have seen people who eat simple food in the village. They do not have any cholesterol problem at all, nor do their triglycerides increase, nor do they suffer from diabetes. Rather, they are living a healthy life. So I would say this: always include simple food in your life and make your life beautiful. Because when we eat a lot of fatty foods and spicy foods, our stomach will get upset and our stomach will get sick again and then we will get diseases. So live a simple life, eat simple food, eat fruits, and prepare and cook your food in a simple way.

The air in the village is fresh, fresh vegetables are eaten in the village because different crops are cultivated in the village, just like people in the village eat simple foods, and you should also know that the things cultivated in the village are abundant there, so vegetables, fruits and other items are cheaper there than in the city market. Right now, watermelon season is going on in my area in the village and there are some areas where watermelon is cultivated. So when you go to such areas, you will find piles of watermelons there and you can sit there and eat fresh, cool watermelon. When I reached the village today, it is a small village called Muhammad Sharif Wali. I had come here to visit a friend of mine. When I saw the clay oven, I wanted to take pictures of it and share it with you all. Then we went to the other corner of the village where watermelons were being sold. So I sat there and ate watermelon and ate it cold. I also enjoyed the breeze and I like village life the most because my village is now moving to the city because my village was a small village earlier but now it has become a big city and its population is increasing. So this village I have come to today is a small village and people are living according to old traditions in a small village. Their lifestyle is completely different. This lifestyle is very similar to the life of a simple village which looks very beautiful.
My day today was beautiful from the beginning. Today I enjoyed the beautiful village life environment because the area where I live is also a village but it is taking the form of a city. While the name of the village I am in today I have already told you is Muhammad Sharif Wali. It is a small village. Village life is beautiful. I want to tell you through this article that no matter how expensive food we eat and live a life of luxury, the pleasure and flavors that are in simple food are not available in anything else. If a person is healthy, then he can enjoy every moment of life. Because if we are healthy, then we can also eat good food. We can also eat spicy food. If our health is not good, then how will we be able to eat good food. And if you want to live a healthy life, then make your life simple. Include simple food in your life, just as the people of the village include simple food in their life. Always stay in such places. Some moments of life in such places. Live in a place where the environment is simple, nature is spreading its beauty here and such areas keep a person healthy, create enthusiasm within a person and you will stay away from every disease, every thought, every worry.
