Primeramente proceder a sazonar las fiestas de pollo haciéndole sus respectivos cortes en la piel y le incorporamos un poco de sal y orégano al gusto y colocamos en una sartén precalentada con cierta cantidad de agua a asar y retirar del fuego cuando ya esté cocido y doradito.
