Por acá todo bien gracias a Dios, luego de días súper ocupados por fin ya tengo un respiro y puedo comenzar a compartirles mis creaciones de este fin de semana, que para mí terminó ayer y no tuvo nada de descanso, luego les muestro todo lo que hice, pero hoy necesito comenzar con este video 😍 que esta en tendencia en la web 2 y pues busque la forma de traerlo primero para HIVE antes de subirlo en mis redes con el sonido de moda que probablemente muchos ya han escuchado porque anda super viral.
Hello hello dear HIVERS happy Tuesday 🤗 How is my dear community of creative cooking lovers? Here everything is fine thank God, after super busy days I finally have a break and I can start sharing my creations of this weekend, which for me ended yesterday and had no rest at all, then I show you everything I did, but today I need to start with this video 😍 that is trending on the web 2 and then I looked for a way to bring it first to HIVE before uploading it on my networks with the trendy sound that probably many have already heard because it is going super viral.
Antes de hablarles de este lindo trabajo que les estoy presentando hoy quiero contarles del audiu 🫣 fue una opción que se me ocurrió por dos razones, la primera, actualmente en el editor de videos que uso (capcut) no me está dejando agregar sonido en la versión gratuita, sólo me deja usar los audios disponibles en su biblioteca de los cuales no aparecen detalles de créditos para los derechos de autor, y la segunda razón, acá en HIVE es importante que el contenido sea original o se indique el origen, así que no podía usar el audio de tiktok entonces decidí hacer mi propia versión, no es la más bonita jejeje pero es mía, con ella espero sientan un poco el sentido de este video.

Mi emprendimiento es principalmente de gelatinas pero tambien hago tortas, no me las piden con tanta frecuencia pero también me defiendo un poco en esta rama del arte de la repostería, está torta que les estoy enseñando hoy, es una deliciosa torta de chocolate, la cual hace algún tiempo ya les compartí la receta. Acá yo preparé el doble más una mitad de mi receta, para hacer una torta para 35-40 porciones.

La decoración la hice con merengue italiano, si quieren saber cómo hago mi merengue y esos tonos intensos pueden ver todos los detalles y tips en esta publicación que hice hace algún tiempo. Cómo era de 3 pisos tocó ponerle estructura con anime y palitos plásticos para que se mantuviera firme y segura, y más porque la mezcla de la torta de chocolate es súper suave y esponjosa, es difícil que soporte todo ese peso. Los Toppers los hice yo misma en powerpoint con imágenes de la web.
The decoration was made with Italian meringue, if you want to know how I make my meringue and those intense tones you can see all the details and tips in this postI made some time ago. As it was a 3-story cake, I had to put a structure with anime and plastic sticks to keep it firm and secure, especially because the chocolate cake mixture is super soft and fluffy, it is difficult to support all that weight. I made the toppers myself in powerpoint with images from the web.
Aunque las tortas no son mi fuerte, cuando me toca hacer una le pongo todo el amor y dedicación posible para que salgan bien, tarde como 3 horas decorando está torta, y eso que ya la había dejado rellena y montada la noche anterior, se que reposteras más expertas que yo seguro la deben decorar mucho más rápido, sólo la práctica hace al maestro espero seguirme puliendo con el tiempo y agarrar más destreza 💪🧑🍳 lo importante es que al cliente le encantó tanto la decoración como el sabor, el recibir esos mensajes de satisfacción con mi trabajo son super agradables.
Although cakes are not my forte, when it's my turn to make one I put all the love and dedication possible to make them come out well, it took me about 3 hours to decorate this cake, and I had already left it filled and assembled the night before, I know that more experienced bakers than me must decorate it much faster, only practice makes perfect, I hope to keep polishing myself with time and become more skilled 💪🧑🍳 the important thing is that the customer loved both the decoration and the taste, receiving those messages of satisfaction with my work are super nice.
