- 1 piña, 1 coco, 800 gramos de azúcar, 3 astillas de canela, 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla.
- 1 pineapple, 1 coconut, 800 grams of sugar, 3 cinnamon sticks, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

- Colocar el coco en la hornilla de la cocina, el calor hará que se separe la concha de la pulpa para extraerla con facilidad.

- Rallar el coco, y reservamos.

- Quitar la concha de la piña.

- En una olla, colocar el azúcar (sin agua) a fuego bajo, cuando comience a caramelizar remover suavemente hasta ver qué esté disuelta toda la azúcar.

- Agregar las astillas de canela.
