The combination of ingredients of the "Plantain Roll Wrapped with Bacon" is an idea that I liked because of its flavor, the salty with the sweet, the deliciousness of the ham, the flavor of the bacon fat, the combination of the plantain with the oats and cinnamon and mozarella cheese; You definitely have to try it, it's too tasty. - 3 plátanos bien maduros, 1 taza de avena, 4 jamón ahumado, 200 gramos de tocineta rebanada, 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo, 100 gramos de queso mozzarella, 1 trozo de papel aluminio.
- 3 very ripe plantains, 1 cup of oats, 4 smoked ham, 200 grams of sliced bacon, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, 1 piece of paper aluminum.

- Retira la concha de los plátanos y cortarlos en trozos pequeños.

- Colocar al horno por 40 minutos, sacar y retirar el papel aluminio.

¡Volver a meter al horno por 30 minutos sin el aluminio hasta que la tocineta esté bien dorada y listo!
