Uno de los factores más importante a la hora de cuidar nuestra salud, es la nutrición. Me atrevería a decir, que es más relevante, inclusive, que la de entrenar. En otras ocasiones conté los increíbles beneficios que conseguí cuando comencé a eliminar la harina refinada.

Pero pensándolo bien y ahora con más experiencia en la vida, me doy cuenta de que cuando se quiere, se puede. Es mentira que si no hay dinero, no puedes comer saludable. Créanme que se puede. Ahora, que lo queramos, ya es otro tema a discutir.

En Argentina existen muchas tiendas de productos saludables y ahora, más todavía. Creo que estamos entrando en un mundo de más consciencia y los comercios afines a ello, se ven cada día más. Situación que aplaudo, ya que como digo en el video, me llevaría todo. Me encanta conocer nuevos sabores, nuevas frutas y por supuesto, conocer nuevos productos que aportan mucho a nuestro organismo. En esta ocasión gaste o invertí, un poco más de 45.000 $ (45 HBD). Que para nosotros representa realmente un dinero considerable. Pero nos encanta y lo hacemos.

Una vez por mes paso por este local, aunque como queda de paso a mi trabajo, me encuentro todos los días por ahí. La nutrición de nuestros niños, dependen de las decisiones de los mayores. Ellos por supuesto que querrán lo que la mayoría de los niños de su edad consumen o lo que es peor aún, y es toda la publicidad que ven en sus celulares cotidianamente. Creo importante hablarles para que entiendan y desde la experiencia, brindarle alternativas saludables e igualmente rica y sabrosas.
