I’m Sajad Yousefi, 31 years old, and I’m truly happy to be here with you in this warm and friendly space, where I can share my experiences.
For over two years now, I’ve been seriously engaged in outdoor cooking, living in nature, and exploring rural environments
My passion for cooking and nature goes back to my childhood, when I learned to cook, alongside my grandmotherrecipes passed down through generations.
At first, I was just an observer, enjoying the process. But eventually, I revived those memories and recipes ,right in the heart of nature, using simple yet inspiring tools.
Today, I create videos in this realm and publish them on my YouTube channel. I also have a new series currently in pre-production that will be released soon. Thanks to my good friend menati , I got to know this platform and community and I must say, I fell in love with it right away. I’ve decided to share my content here as well and be a part of this journey with you.
The content I produce is a blend of traditional and local cooking tutorials, the calmness of nature, a simple organic lifestyle, and even environmental care. The dishes I make include coal-cooked meals, pot stews, open-fire food, homemade fast food, Asian cuisine, and especially authentic Iranian recipes. Some dishes are requested by my audience, and I always try to teach everything in a way that viewers can recreate the same meals themselves.
Alongside the videos, I also publish blogs that feature photos of the cooking process, natural locations, and sometimes the lovely animals that live around us or accompany us. Animals have always been a visible part of my outdoor lifestyle and content.
Many of my cooking sessions begin with a natural catch—for example, our latest video started with fishing, followed by seasoning and cooking the fish over fire using a traditional method. Since we usually film in nature, some videos involve overnight stays, captured in the golden light of sunset or the stillness of the night.
Beyond content creation, I’m deeply committed to environmental conservation. On most trips, before and after filming, we clean the area and remove litter to preserve nature as it is.
My dear friend @menati sometimes helps with videography, but all the content creation, ideation, filming, and channel management is handled by me personally.
I sincerely thank the OCD community management and all active members of the Hive blockchain. I hope we can walk a meaningful and inspiring path together—sharing food, culture, simple living, and the untouched nature of Iran and beyond.
