The sun is shining and I've heard my kettlebell calling my name while drinking coffee in the garden.
Hey! Hey Chris! It's time... get your lazy ass up and do a workout!
Okay okay! I do it! I grabbed my heart rate belt, 2 kettlebells, and barefoot shoes and started to warm up.
Kettlebell Workout
I filmed a few exercises and made a short video.
Warm-up
I do more or less the same exercises every time to warm up for 5 to 10 minutes.
Workout
I did a few rounds of windmills and circles around the head into a ribbon and reverse lunge with a 10kg kettlebell. Windmills are good for hip mobility. Then I did some single-arm swings into lunges and one deep squat with a 16kg kettlebell.
