FIRST of all, which leave is called**EDITAN leave? if any one should ask me, i will tell you that EDITAN is OKAS' wife because if u know how to prepare the soup there his no different b/w the two.
secondly, since I and water are not lovers i decided to cook editan with IKON (EGUSI,MELON) .so when i return from the market i first of all showered after that i went straight to the kitchen to cook because my people were so hungry that all of them slept off before i will come back.
** *HERE IS MY PREPARATION PROCESS.
So atfer bathing, i boiled water 💦 so that i can use it to wash the leave so as the water was boiling i brought out all my soup items as you can see this is the leave
After bringing out the leave, i poured it inside bowl waiting for the water to get hot.
Then i also brought out the melon,
the meat , fish, stock fish 🐠
Fresh pepper that the seller counted it before selling it for me but she was still complaining that it's was too much for five hundred naira .
So after some minutes pass 8pm i started cooking, i filtered the drawing part of the leave because that is what make the soup to be bitter i washed it more than five times to make sure that its was not bitter. The only mistake that i did was that i suppose to video myself while i was cooking but my mind did not go there because i was so busy till the extend that my my body was soaked with heat even my top was so wet. while i was cooking, i was checking my time so that i will create a content i make sure i applied every ingredients untime so my soup won't have different taste.
so immediately its was 10 O'CLOCK i was done with everything even the people that said that i wouldn't have put islam were the ones sayin that my soup is more than deligious then i asked them if the soup is more than deligious then is what? they said that i should go and ask google. So please google another word for delicious is what please?
