Stews and soup made fresh veg/meat bought at the market, washed thoroughly before cooking, balance is everything in healthy living. Meal looks good!

Yeah, I think I read about the Guiness online somewhere and apparently, they said red wine too, once in a while.
Thank you, yes the stew and vegetable is tasty.

Trick of eating healthy at a cheaper rate is local markets to select fresh.

We have local markets here too, but it's still not as cheap

Prices have gone crazy here as well, still shop local or directly from market where possible.
