Well, actually, we couldn't grill on Tsiknopempti, so we did it on Sunday, and what a day it was! That tomahawk was awesome. But there were more: pork souvlaki, chicken souvlaki, bifteki (burger), and chicken breast fillet. Read the post if you want to know how to marinate it.

Fish Barbeque Sunday
Oh man, fish barbecue! I love some big fish. I got 2 fishes for the barbecue: dentex or sea bream. In Greece, we call it "sinagrida." The total weight was around 3.7 kilos, and it is a perfect fish to barbecue on an open fire. This fish is sold for 45 euros per kilo.
