I just came upon this post via the Saturday Savers Club post. Regarding engagement, it's a skill and an art that is developed over time. When I first started on Hive, I sucked at it, but I began making an effort at it every day, and not just for my own benefit, but for those to whom I was responding, too. Now I'm near the top in engagement because I've made it a part of my daily routine.
Onboarding people to Hive is not something that I've found easy either, and I've tried many times. When I see newcomers making an honest effort. I support them as much as I'm able, because their success is our success. I'm one of the core leaders of the We Are Alive Tribe, and we do our best to support everyone as much as possible, and I go to great effort to make sure that newcomers feel welcome, and to help teach them how to grow and thrive on Hive. If it would assist your onboarding efforts, you could suggest that your onboardees join our community, and begin engaging with our various community activities. No newcomers will be left behind. In any case, I wish you immense success in your engagement, and your onboarding mission! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
