Feliz noche amigos de Daily blog hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de mi día y es que cuando me toca ir al centro de la isla trato de hacer varias cosas para aprovechar el viaje como dicen. Así que iba a comprar algunas cosas para una torta que debo hacer y también aproveche de comprar algunas cosas para la casa, fui a la farmacia y también almorcé. Así que fue un día bastante productivo.
Happy night friends of Daily blog today I want to share with you a little bit of my day and when it is my turn to go to the center of the island I try to do several things to take advantage of the trip as they say. So I was going to buy some things for a cake I have to make and I also took advantage of buying some things for the house. I went to the pharmacy and also had lunch. So it was a very productive day.
La torta que tengo que hacer es para una tia que justo está semana llegó de Colombia, una de mis primas envío el dinero para hacer la torta y el modelo que a ella le gustó llevaba flores naturales, yo amo hacer tortas con flores naturales y amo ir a la floristería. Estuve viendo las flores que había y escogí unas rosas hermosas y también unas gerberas. Que son mis flores favoritas en la vida. En la floristería hay peluches hermosos. La señora ya me conoce así que siempre que voy nos quedamos hablando un poco.
The cake I have to make is for an aunt who just arrived from Colombia this week. One of my cousins sent the money to make the cake and the model she liked had natural flowers. I love making cakes with natural flowers and I love going to the flower shop. I looked at the flowers there and I chose some beautiful roses and also some gerberas. They are my favorite flowers in life. In the flower shop there are beautiful stuffed animals. The lady already knows me so every time I go we stay talking a little.

Luego camine un poco para ir a otro de mis lugares favoritos y es la tienda de repostería. Aquí tenía que comprar arequipe, unos adornos dorados que lleva la torta y mantequilla y azúcar glass para hacer la crema de mantequilla con la cual vamos a decorar la torta.
Then I walked a little to go to another of my favorite places, which is the pastry shop. Here I had to buy arequipe, some golden decorations that the cake has, and butter and powdered sugar to make the buttercream with which we are going to decorate the cake.
Ya aquí tenía las flores y los productos que me hacían falta para la torta, también compré algunos camarones para hacer un arroz con camarones que es de mis comidas favoritas.

Luego ya tenía hambre así que decidí ir a una cachapera que es de mis lugares favoritos para comer cuando estoy en el centro de la isla, además que queda bastante cerca de la parada de bus donde me vengo a casa.

Y llegó la comida, mi almuerzo fue una cachapa con queso guayanés y de bebida una malta bien fría. Está es de mis comidas favoritas, creo que siempre que debo salir a hacer compras esto es lo que almuerzo.
And the food arrived. My lunch was a cachapa with Guayanés cheese and a very cold malt drink. This is one of my favorite meals. I think that every time I have to go out shopping this is what I eat for lunch.
Luego de almorzar fui a la farmacia ya que mi mamá necesitaba unas pastillas. Siempre que salgo hago mi lista y voy tachando todo para no olvidarme, sino está en la lista seguro se me olvida.
After lunch I went to the pharmacy because my mom needed some pills. Whenever I go out I make my list and I cross everything off so I don't forget, if it's not on the list I'm sure I'll forget.
Luego fui al supermercado ya que necesitaba comprar arroz, azúcar, mantequilla, algunos vegetales, salsa de soya ya que quería hacer un arroz con camarones y comprar para hacer una ensalada.
Then I went to the supermarket because I needed to buy rice, sugar, butter, some vegetables, soy sauce because I wanted to make rice with shrimp and buy something to make a salad.
A veces se me olvida que voy en bus y compro muchas cosas y luego no se cómo acomodar todo. Pero acomode algunas cosas en un bolso y lo demás en las bolsas y tomo el bus y llegué a casa.
Sometimes I forget that I'm going by bus and I buy a lot of things and then I don't know how to put everything in. But I put some things in a bag and the rest in the bags and I take the bus and get home.
Al llegar a casa me puse manos a la obra y hice el arroz, pele los camarones que me llevo bastante tiempo pero valió la pena y prepare un delicioso arroz.
When I got home I got to work and made the rice, I peeled the shrimp which took me quite a while but it was worth it and I prepared a delicious rice.
