Yesterday I told someone that it's going to get worse, before getting better. That's how it works. I've been through similar situation years ago and know first hand.
It's good to see someone posting about it and see a reliable report from the ground.
Fingers crossed that some positive change is going to be made as the situation that has been there can't continue.
