I was craving delicious curry noodle and husband suggested to bring me to ICC Pudu market for early breakfast, but this round without the boys. It was Saturday, so they could spend some brothers time at home playing mobile games while we went out. Let's!
This would be my 5th time here and also my most relaxed because I did not need to be aware of my kids' well-being. Although this is famous place, and lots of tourists like coming here, it is super humid, and poorly ventilated especially the inner part which consisted of most stalls. We lost count but we think it has around 100 stalls.

Selfie first! We reach at 9am! Woohoo!
It was super crowded again but finally we managed to find a seat. I sat down and basically enjoyed my slow breakfast here without any extra concern. What a short break. Husband went to get all the food, I trusted him to buy whatever as long as my curry noodle would be present. We agreed to share every food.
Here came the curry noodle with nice row of barbeque pork belly as well as fresh cockles. Super yummy! Halfway eating, an elderly asked whether her grandchildren could sit with us, of course yes. The children were feeling very agitated due to super humid and hot in here and they were sweating too and complaining.
I was enjoying my curry noodles while smiling with them.
Next up, husband brought to the table a plate of delicious fragrant rice with honey-glazed barbecue pork belly with roasted duck combo. Yums!
Then, a bowl of soup with internal pork organs arrived. This was very mouth-watering too!
Not forgetting our Coffee Lintang, the famous coffee made in claypot. I ordered a hot one, he ordered iced one. So slurping good because I could 💯 focus on what was I drinking and what was I eating. Yay!
We packed home some peanut mochi and layered-kuih for the boys but I forgot to take photos of the sweet food, only the photo of this boy eating his mochi and his lips full of the flour. Haha!
At Aunt's
Noon time arrived and I went to visit Aunt. When I arrived, the food was already ready on the table. Thank you, Aunt is💖. Sneakily took a photo for her, recently she gave me contact of her friend who is in charge of cemetery and burial, just in case. I told her let's believe she will live till 88 years old or 90 years old, that's 8-10 more years to go.
Aunt cooked two dishes on Saturday — one was minced pork topped with potatoes and another one was mixed mung bean noodles with bean curd skin and vegetables.
I was quite full from breakfast so I told her I would eat lesser. Her lunch was so delicious too and I ended more than I should. The remainder was packed home for the kids and husband.
Thankful that I had more time to chat with husband during breakfast and then more time to chat with Aunt, also thankful the boys are bigger now and more able to take care of themselves while I was out and about. They never fight and in fact able to take care of each other and take care of home for a couple of hours. I pray everyone around me healthy and strong and happy always.
