It is interesting but in the world where there are all these distractions and tasks everywhere I was always stressed and lost. I realized I wanted something different so I started practicing mindfulness while at the same time focusing on self-discipline.
By practicing meditation and keeping a schedule of eating, sleeping and waking at regular times, I became able to become more perceptive of myself and be at peace with myself. It positively supported my observation that through maintaining focus and being 100% present and dedicated to my goals, it not only becomes easier to develop possible ways of overcoming obstacles but you also become stronger in your approach.
Of course, there has been that one day at work when I was to meet a tight deadline and a very unyielding client. When it comes to deep stress and feeling of panic I did the right thing for me and focused and thought calmly. I cleared my head, took deep breaths and tried to be as composed as possible when being around him.
Out of the experiences that I have encountered in my work, I was therefore able to maintain my discipline and accomplish more work than anticipated, and meet the set deadline required by the client. I also found that have more tim being mindful of what they do and a had bit more self control can do for a person and make them have a better life.
Over time I have been able to practice and be patient and I am now at a point where I feel at ease and complete. Gratefulness and self-control are two crucial elements of a human being, and that is why I cultivate both in my usual schedule in order to attend variations in my life effectively and without tension.
While I advance further in this process of personal development the concepts of mindfulness and self-discipline are meaningful and helpful for me. Sitting quietly in the present moment as well as continuing to be faithful to my goals, I have achieved peace and happiness each and every day.
