Hello, dear friends of this beautiful community, I am very happy to greet you again. I already missed sharing with you, the different architectural nuances that we can find in my State of Merida, Venezuela. From the oldest to the most modern constructions, without leaving behind the traditional ones.
This time, I visited a shopping center called "Ejido, Plaza", this building is located in the center of Ejido, I remember that it was inaugurated a little less than 10 years ago and it is a traditional construction, with a simple facade, but with certain details, that can call the attention.
One of the things that catch my attention are the small balconies, on the second and third floors, precisely, on the second floor, there is a Chinese food restaurant and I think that the balconies, become a great advantage to attract people to the small restaurant.
The material that stands out in the facade are the clay slats, also the wrought iron of the doors and the balcony. As you can see, the building is bounded by two buildings, which makes its facade quite narrow.
Hola, queridos amigos de esta bella comunidad, estoy muy feliz de saludarlos nuevamente. Ya extrañaba compartir con ustedes, los diferentes matices arquitectónicos que podemos encontrar en mi Estado Mérida, Venezuela. Desde las construcciones más antiguas, hasta las más modernas, sin dejar atrás las tradicionales.
En esta oportunidad, visite un Centro Comercial llamado "Ejido, Plaza", este edificio está ubicado en el centro de Ejido, recuerdo que fue inaugurado hace un poco menos de 10 años y se trata de una construcción tradicional, con una fachada sencilla, pero con ciertos detalles, que puede llamar la atención.
Una de las cosas que me llaman la atención son los pequeños balcones, del segundo y tercer piso, precisamente, en el segundo piso, se encuentra un restaurante de comida china y creo que los balcones, se convierten en una gran ventaja para atraer personas al pequeño restaurante.
El material que destaca en la fachada son las tablillas de arcilla, también el hierro forjado de las puertas y el balcón. Como pueden ver, el edificio está limitado por dos edificios, lo que hace que su fachada sea bastante estrecha.
When you enter the mall, the lights and color change the perception of the design. I really like how they played with the geometric shapes to create a visual effect, very interesting and with a lot of depth. They used striking colors with fuchsia, blue and red, which combined with the luminaire, looks nice, harmonious and more cheerful.
Undoubtedly, one of the limitations of this mall is the space. It is quite narrow and elongated, but it is very well distributed. Passing through the different stores is comfortable. Here we find one of the most visited shoe stores, called Ejido Center, some clothing stores, the rest of the stores are destined to the area of technology, sales of cell phones, computer and office accessories.
Al entrar al centro comercial, las luces y el color cambian la percepción del diseño. Me gusta, mucho, cómo jugaron con las formas geométricas, para crear un efecto visual, muy interesante y con mucha profundidad. Usaron colores llamativos con el fucsia, el azul y el rojo, que combinado con la luminaria, se ve agradable, armonioso y más alegre.
Sin duda, una de las limitantes de este Centro Comercial, es el espacio. Es bastante estrecho y alargado, pero está muy bien distribuido. Pasar por las distintas tiendas, resulta cómodo. Aquí encontramos, una de las zapaterías más visitadas, llamada Ejido Center, algunas tiendas de ropa, el resto de las tiendas, están destinadas al área de la tecnología, ventas de celulares, accesorios de computación y oficina.
Something that caught my attention, on this visit, is that the 3rd and 4th floors are totally dedicated to a gym, which is accessed through the elevator. This is something recent, because until recently, there were several stores.
Algo que me llamó la atención, en esta visita, es que el piso 3 y 4, está totalmente dedicado a un gimnasio, al cual se accede a través del ascensor. Esto es algo reciente, porque hasta hace poco, existían distintas tiendas.
The stairs highlight the design of the interior of the building, especially for their circular landing and the materials used in their design. Undoubtedly, they have a lot of presence inside the building.
Another positive element, of the shopping center, is the signage, this is something important, within any design, and a safety rule, which should not be ignored, as well as the installation of fire extinguishers, in accessible areas of the building, in this case, are located right next to the elevator.
In the interior, some walls are also covered with clay slats and others with stone in brown tones, the truth, I consider that everything as a whole, looks pretty good. It is always good to have places like this that allow you to spend a different and enjoyable time.
Las escaleras, destacan el diseño del interior del edificio especialmente por su descanso circular y por los materiales usados en su diseño. Sin duda, tienen mucha presencia dentro del edificio.
Otro elemento positivo, del centro comercial, es la señalización, esto es algo importante, dentro de cualquier diseño, y una regla de seguridad, que no se debe obviar, al igual que la instalación de extintores, en zonas accesibles del edificio, en este caso, se encuentran justo al lado del ascensor.
En el interior algunas paredes también estas revestidas con tablilla de arcilla y otras con piedra en tonos marrones, la verdad, considero que todo en conjunto, se ve bastante bien. Siempre, es bueno, contar con sitios como este, que te permitan pasar un rato diferente y ameno.
I have always thought that the availability of space can affect, in one way or another, the design. In this case, I think the designer achieved a simple and beautiful concept, with an appropriate choice of materials. If you come to visit Ejido, in the state of Merida, I recommend you visit this small shopping center, where you will surely find several stores that will be to your liking, or you can exercise in a gym, which promises.
Siempre he pensado que la disponibilidad del espacio puede afectar, de una u otra manera, el diseño. En este caso, creo que el diseñador, logró un concepto sencillo y bonito, con una elección adecuada de los materiales. Si llegas, a visitar Ejido, en Estado Mérida, te recomiendo visitar este pequeño centro comercial, donde seguro encontrarás varias tiendas que serán de tu agrado, o podrás ejercitarte en un gimnasio, que promete.
