I am always delighted when the book on my table talks about management, and leadership, maybe, it will be because my field of study is management.
Therefore, the book's makes me flow so well, and to some extent, I was beginning to feel like that 18 year's old guy who always seat at the front roll of the big hall, expecting to hear each and everything the teacher was saying.
This book was written by Bill Newman. ph.D in the year 1997.
The book really took me to a high road with the insights I discovered, and it also brought me back to my apartment where I was sitting silently, with my eyes focus on it page's, and my hands grabbing the both edges of the book.
It is thus a kind of book that a reader can finish in a day, that is for people who do not like reading books that is going to take them a long time to finish, it has 143 page's including the footnotes.
So, it is now time for us to go more deeper in knowing how was the activities of the day in reading, and that will be finding out if i enjoy the reading? Yes, I do enjoyed it, apart from positioning myself, and finding out some ideas which are necessary to apply in our daily life from the book, I also have a very awesome time reading.
It was in there, that I was told that, "every leader is a reader" at first, I think so much about what it means by that, and in a matter of short while, I was able to understand the term, which tries to add to our understanding that, every roads of knowledge is authentic for a person to walk through, so that to continue to know more and not be left behind.
Thereafter, it was still with it, that I realize that every leader's must have it own style, the deal is, we sometimes, overlooked our inborn style, but each and everyone of us has that unique style in us, most of the times, they are simply, the way we talked, walked, demonstrate and be attentive to our social environment.
That doesn't mean we forget that every leader must be there for it people, because most of the workers we see working in a firm, do not see themselves as people that will work in the firm for more year's, because the firm has failed to let them have this mindsets of togetherness and value.
And, this role is something that should be performed by the manager, which is a leader in the firm.
But after reading the book, I was asking myself this question, "have i ever be a good leader to the people that comes my way?
Because, in our daily life we should perform this roles of a leader as well, it does not means they are exercise in the firm alone, by a manager, or someone in control of an association, but at everywhere, and even our family, we can be a good manager or leader to our brothers, sister or friend's.
Infact, it makes sense when we do not let the role down but allowed it to have an impact in our life, as it will come with so much benefits.
