I think it’s all part of what has built you into who you are now. The fact that you don’t waste food is actually a great thing.
I also do that “God, I’m sorry” thing because I believe there are probably over 100 people somewhere wishing they had food.

        Yes. That guilty conscience will show up once we waste any food because we think of those who do not have to eat. It is well. Thank you, babe.
