Good evening, vegan lovers. The beautiful pictures of vegan meals in this community 😋 make me want to have lots of cravings.
Today I prepared a quick tomato and onion sauce for white basmati rice and it's my entry for @qurator's vegan food #contest for The hive top chef competition
Just before I saw the contest post, I had already planned to make fresh tomatoes with plenty of onion sauce this afternoon. I love to enjoy my tomatoes half-cooked with plenty of onions, and I'm fortunate that this is the season for tomatoes and onions here, so it's very affordable.
I quickly rushed out and bought tomatoes onions and pepper for the succulent meal.
Come let's cook

Ingredients
- Ten medium balls of tomatoes
- Two medium onions
- Five pieces of pepper
- Half a spoon of salt
- Ten MLS of power oil
I washed the tomatoes and onions and pepper very well and diced them into big chunks because I like it when I see the chunks in my food

I was tired and hungry s I just sat down on the floor and prepared the ingredients

Cooking process
This meal doesn't take time because I don't need to cook the tomatoes for long, it's just three minutes and it will be ready.
I placed dry washed pot on the fire then allowed it heat up a little bit, I added the oil, and after thirty seconds I poured in the tomatoes onions and pepper mixed together.

I added salt for taste then stirred everything together and allowed it cook for three minutes.

And food is ready, I had boiled rice in my freezer so I microwaved it and then I enjoyed my tomato onion sauce for lunch.

Thank you everyone, see you guys next time
