Stir-fried Mustard Greens with Garlic

in Plant Power (Vegan)7 days ago

Hi vegan friends, after a long time without a word, I finally have the time to share a recipe with you.

I've been incredibly busy, and always getting caught in the rain after work, so I haven't been in the mood to write anything. Even though my phone's memory is full of recipe photos, haha.

Like yesterday, I wasn't really in the mood to cook anything, but since my son asked for vegetables, I reluctantly stepped into my beloved kitchen, haha.

Today I'm cooking a simple dish.

The aroma of garlic filled the kitchen, mixed with the boiled mustard greens. Wow, a perfect combination for tonight's dinner.
and I also want to try out the manual chopper I just bought online.
