RE: Akara Recipe With A Personal Touch.

This recipe looks absolutely divine! And I think the nutritional value of the beans outweighs the deep frying! :p I wonder if it would work with chickpeas? I am sure there ae many tweaks and variation that can be made, but your ingredients look perfect! Fresh garlic is so important. I hate that reconstituted crap they sell in the shops as "crushed garlic." Yes, it's an easy hack when you don't have time to sit and peel and chop real garlic, but the taste is completely watered down. I love how you used fresh ingredients for everything here!

There are so many ingredients that can be added really depending on our choices. Fresh ingredients bring a completely different aroma to food and you can be sure of the nutrients not like the processed ones that we can't even tell what exactly was packaged.

Exactly Like garlic , for instance, I consider to be a super food. It nto only tasted amazing but is a natural powerful antibiotic and boosts your immune system. That combined with real chili peppers is a winning combination! They don't have to be hot peppers either. As long as they are fresh!
