But what I need to say is that, the first one is making it yourself is more economical and also the cleanliness is guaranteed. In addition, fried bananas are one of the easy and delicious processed snacks. You can buy bananas or have bananas at home, you can definitely make this fried banana dish, the ingredients are also easy to get, like today I made fried bananas because my father was harvesting bananas, so I made fried bananas. Oh yes, but not all bananas are good for making fried bananas, bananas that are good for making fried bananas are bananas (in my local language Acehnese call them bananas wak), bananas raja, bananas nangka and bananas kepok. Okay, here's how to make fried bananas that are really easy to try yourself at home. Keep following!
Suggestion: Don't use bananas that are too ripe, because they will absorb more oil.
Ingredients needed:
- 10 bananas awak
- 100 grams of white rice flour
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 segment of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 ml of water
- Sufficient cooking oil
How to make:
First: peel the bananas until finished. Cut the bananas to make them thinner, or according to taste.

Second: prepare the fine spices, peel the garlic, turmeric and salt. Grind until smooth.
