Bananas are one of the fruits that are easy to get and can be processed into delicious snacks, either fried, steamed or boiled. Not only that, bananas are also the right choice for eating nutritious food.
There are many ways to enjoy bananas, as in my previous post, I fried bananas only coated with flour but it tastes good. This one fruit is indeed delicious to be transformed into food that is not boring. Well, this time I will also make a cake made from bananas called chocolate-filled banana cake, the cool name or abbreviation of this cake is piscok. Chocolate-filled banana cake or piscok is a sweet snack made from bananas and chocolate. However, my piscok cake is a little different from the usual ones, as I often see at cake sellers, the bananas and chocolate are rolled together using spring roll skin as a wrapper, and there is also a version that is coated with mashed bananas and filled with chocolate inside, then coated with breadcrumbs. Different from what I want to make this time, I use crushed white bread for the outside or coating. So without further ado, here's how I make it.
Ingredients needed:
- 8 bananas (1 comb)
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 50 grams of chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 4 slices of white bread
How to make:
First: prepare a place to steam the bananas. Steam the bananas together with the skin. Steam until cooked or for 15 minutes. Remove into a container

Third: crush the white bread for the coating (you can also use bread crumbs for the coating) but I prefer to use white bread

Fourth: cut the chocolate into cubes for the filling (the filling can be replaced or adjusted according to your taste, whether you want cheese or something else)

Fifth: take a little dough to shape. I made a slightly elongated shape (the shape can be adjusted according to your wishes) then flatten the dough, place the chocolate in the middle and close it tightly so that the chocolate will not come out or leak when fried. Continue rolling the dough into the white bread. Do the same thing until all the dough is used up.

Sixth: heat the oil. Use a low flame. Take the cakes one by one and dip them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Remove and drain. Do this until the cakes are finished and finished.

This piscok cake has a sweet taste from the combination of banana and chocolate. The chocolate filling inside is the interesting part, when bitten the chocolate melts really well making this snack even more delicious. What is clear is that this piscok is very delicious, also savory.
This snack is usually served as a casual snack with tea, it will definitely make the atmosphere more enjoyable. Or, it can also be served to guests who come, it's perfect.
