Ingredients
8 fresh tomatoes
6 fresh pepper
4 carrots
1 full cabbage
Spring onion
1 medium onion
1 sachets of Season power
Tablespoons salt

Next
First of all you bring out all ur veggies and wash properly .
begin to slice your tomatoes, Onions and fresh peppers and places them ,one side after slicing.
Next
Bring out your wash carrots , spring onion and cabbage, start slicing each one by one to your desire sizes.
Step 3
Bring out your cooking pot then place it on your stove, add your groundnuts oil in side it , then you go in with onion, fresh pepper and tomatoes stir for me one minute the cover for some second.
Step 4
Add your slices spring onion, carrots and cabbage one after the other , stir of some seconds then you add your theme leave, salt , seasoning power and a little water. Cover for one minute.
Hello food is ready to eat , so simple to prepare. So i eat mine two different ways , i first of all eat one plate of my vegetables cabbage sauce then i dish another plate with white rice for satisfaction.
