So today i woke up craving for macaroni a simple #vegan recipe,it was so easy to prepare and i didn't stress myself going to the market to buy them cause i have them stuff in my kitchen cabinet. Macaroni is a popular food which can be prepared in different ways. So join me to prepare this delicious meal (vegan) recipe.
INGREDIENTS
4 middle carrots
4 fresh pepper
3 fresh tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 middle onion
1 cup of macaroni
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of rosemary leaf
5 spoons of groundnut oil
Water
STEP 1
Start by placing your cooking pot on the gas ,add water to it also pour your macaroni inside add half tablespoons of salt then cover to cook .
STEP 2
Pour your cook macaroni inside a siving basket, place aside
PREPARING INGREDIENTS
Cut or slice your tomato, pepper and onions into your desire shape place aside, the same process with your carrots and greens pepper.
STEP 3
Bring a clean cooking pot allow it to heat for five seconds,add your groundnuts oil to it follow by your chop vegetables, stir fry for five minutes
Add your half tablespoon of salt, rosemary leaf, cover to heat for some minutes
Pour in your cook macaroni inside the stir fry vegetables, mixed together and cover for two minutes.
