Nice dish, full of proteins (tofu, soybeans and tempeh)! Actualy often simple food is even better than complicated, processed food, full of unnecessary (partly unhealthy) ingredients.

This is a home-cooked meal. Tempeh or tofu is a cheap, local source of protein, and it really helps save money. :)
