Banga(palm fruits)
Onions
Pepper
Salt
Scent leaf
Pumpkin leaf(Ugu)

COOKING PROCEDURES

  1. Wash your Banga and cook until tender then

  2. pound your Banga to swiz out the juice

3)Blend /pound your fresh pepper, plenty onions.

  1. Wash your pounded banga with warm water into your pot, It has to be “slightly thick”and not watery so that your banga won’t be watering after cooking....

  1. Set on your gas/stove or electric stove to boil your already washed and ponded Banga and allow to cook for some minutes....

6)Add your blended fresh or Cameroon pepper, onions, .....Leave to boil and start watching the thickness just to know when it has thickened to your taste ....

  1. Add your salt to taste....
    8)Add your scent leaf and leave to cook for some minutes
  2. Add your pumpkin leaf(Ugu) and let it simmer for 2 minutes (don’t over cook so it looks and tastes fresh and not soggy)
    10)Boil your rice and enjoy.
