Hello friends...
Today I made a healthy vegetable stir fry. Since 5 months ago I started living a healthy lifestyle because I often get sick so I decided to start investing in health for my old age.
This vegetable stir fry is one of the vegetable menus that I often make to meet my daily fiber needs. The food I make is also easy to make but tastes very good. After starting to be aware of my health, I started trying to reduce my consumption of ultra-processed foods and fast food. I also choose the ingredients I use very carefully. For the mushroom powder that I have been using, it turns out that it still contains MSG or preservatives, in the end I tried another product that is non-MSG.
Sharing a little about my initial experience starting to switch to a healthy life, I found it difficult to adapt, especially since I usually use flavorings, I have to reduce or even eliminate them, but after getting used to it, I feel better, my body is healthier and I feel more positive things.
I will immediately show you the ingredients and how I cook this healthy vegetable stir fry.

• 50 grams of baby corn / young corn

vegetables with a slightly crunchy texture make the sensation of eating more delicious plus the right spices make this vegetable dish even more delicious and healthy of course.
This is one of my favorite healthy menus besides pokcoy siram. I happen to be a vegetable lover so there are many vegetables that I usually cook.
I hope you like what I share. Thank you for always supporting me. See you again. Stay healthy for my friends there 😊
