I totally relate to the whole “research mode” before trying something new in the kitchen! 😂 It’s so fun learning through food, and you explained it like it’s part of a sweet little learning journey.

I take some time to look at many references and that way I feel much more confident when cooking, with some recipes I give myself more freedom but with others I like to follow them to the letter, as much as I can, although to be honest I almost always add a little touch lol, thanks for your comment :)
