After so long I'm back again and today I'll share recent experience of mine where I got to taste the most a mazing corn that was completely organic and straight out of farm.
And in this monsoon, I was craving something warm and something that's nutritious and help me to gain some energy. I was returning home after couple of months so to enjoy the monsoon to the fullest so, I open the window of the car and placed my haed out of it.
This was the view in front of me, greenery all around and scent of wet soil was making it even better. But along with the scent of soil, there was aroma of corn as well , and I suddenly opened my eyes and looked around from where it's coming.
And then near a band of road, I spot her a small stall where an old man was selling organic corn all by himself. It was pretty windy and difficult to stand there , but this man was standing there on alone , preparing corn and filling the stomach off hungry people.
These are some of the fresh corns that he plucked recently from his farm and they are all organic and completely chemical free. Upon talking to him and I came to know that he's doing this business from past seven years here and his name is Ramu and we called him Ramu kaka which means Ramu uncle.
He said he lives nearly and carry these corn all by himself from there to here. I asked why he is all alone and where is his wife and children. Moisture in his eyes, he said that his wife passed away recently and earlier they used to do this business together, so they have lots of memory and also he mentioned that it was easy for him to work with his wife. Now he works to support his children's that are away from him and currently in school, doing their studie.
This shows the responsibility of a father doing everything to support his childrens. Well life doesn't stop for anyone, we have to keep moving with it leaving past in the past.
This was his small stall where he crisp the corn over coal and the small fire. For the first time it felt like the monsoon is cruel, it was cold here and seeing this father struggling all alone made it even worse. On this day he wasn't able to make good sales as no one was stopping cause of the chill weather. But still we full of hope and positivity.
He pealed out fresh corn for us and started to roast it with wide smile on his face. He was literally happy to see us. Also we all know that corn is super healthy, rich in fiber, antioxidants and vitamins. And eating food when you are hungry tastes even better.
It took him 5 to 10 minutes to roast a cone for us and the warmth of the fire was making it possible to stand there and it was spreading positivity.
At the end , he applied a secret ingredient over the call and he also applied lemon to taste it even better. These pictures show ramu kaka working passionately and with love. Also one more thing that I should mention the price of the gown was really very cheap, and sometimes I think caused this as older generation, they don't know exactly how there is rise in price everywhere add literally value for everything, he is wor.
King too hard , but he has kept the price minimum.
I advise him to increase it up bed, but he said -some people really can't afford it and I don't want nobody to return from my stall hungary.
I still remember the taste of corn and this man with golden heart. He his sales grow and his business bloom.
Well, it was all about my recent experience of eating completely plant-based food and it was really tasty, amazing full of nutrients and satisfied my soul.
