Greetings veganlovers!!! I welcome everyone to my blog once again today
Today I present to you guys a local soup my grandmother used to prepare for us when we are little younger 😜. It is called (quick soup) why we do call it quick soup is because it always prepared for us when ever nothing is in the house.
INGREDIENTS USED
One cup of oil bean (Ugba)
Some pieces of vegetable leaves
1/2 of red oil
One teaspoon of red dry pepper
Half cup of blended ogbono
One bulb of onion
One teaspoon of salt for taste
Water
PROCEDURE
To start with I will show you guys how I made this ( quick soup) out
I add water into my and set on fire when the water has boil I add my red oil into it and cover
After that I start to prepare my ingredients by washing them and cutting them one after the other then set aside
Then I check my pot and it is boiling so I add my blended ogbono into it and mix
After some minutes I add my chopped of onions, dry pepper and salt for taste also mix awhile
Then after adding all that I add my oil bean (Ugba) and my cutted vegetable leaves then mix together and cover for some minutes
Here my soup is done I bring it down just looking only at the face of this soup 🍲 you will know that it is very healthy and also delicious 😋 to eat
I then dish it out for everyone around me to enjoy
