Today I decided to make a delicious meal for my visitor who comes to greet us. My brother in-law came to stay with us so i said let's me make a native food for him.

INGREDIENTS USED

One park of spaghetti pasta 🍝
Six pieces of fresh pepper 🌶️
One small size cucumber 🥒
Four pieces of fresh tomatoes
One plate of oil bean 🫘
Half cup red oil
One bulb of onion 🧅
Some pieces of fresh vegetables leaves
One teaspoon of salt for taste
1/2 of nutmeg powder
1/2 of curry powder
Water

PROCEDURE

In this process I will like to share and show how I made this recipe

First I boil water with a clean pot and when the water has boil I add a little bit of salt into them add my cutted spaghetti and cover

After that I start to prepare all my ingredients by washing and cutting them and then bring my mortar and pound my fresh pepper set aside

After that I checked my pot of spaghetti pasta and it is boiling so I bring it down and wash then put it into a seive to remove water

Then wash my vegetable leaves and cut into pieces and set aside

Then after that I set my pot on the fire to dry water and after drying water I add my red oil then leave it to bleach for awhile

After my oil has bleach I add my chopped tomatoes and mixed

After awhile I start to add my chopped onions and pounded pepper and mix

Then after some minutes I add my nutmeg powder, curry powder and salt for taste then mix

Here is the face of my sauce then I my cooked spaghetti pasta into my sauce and mixed and then add my cutted vegetable leaves and oil bean 🫘 and mix very well and cover

Here is the face of my Native African spaghetti 🍝 very nice 👍
