Today I was chatting with one of my friend who lives in the state. So she was telling me about garri flour chips asking me if I have tasted it before, so my replies was no. So she said that I should give it a try that I will like it even my children will enjoy it most.
INGREDIENTS USED
๐ณ One cup of garri flour
๐ณ One teaspoon of dry red pepper
๐ณ Three tablespoons of sugar
๐ณ One sachet of creamy vegan non dairy milk
๐ณ Half bottle of vegetable oil
๐ณ 1/2 of salt for taste
๐ณ Hot water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guys how I made this recipe
I first bring my sieve and put it on a clean plate and sieve out my garri it becomes smooth so I set it aside
When am I start to sieve my garri I boil water and the water has boil so I off my off
Then after that I start to put my ingredients in it one by one, I first put my sugar, add milk, add salt for taste, and the dry pepper then mix
After mixing all my ingredients together then I add my hot water little by little bit and mix very well
Then after that I set my table and bring my mixing ingredients on it and start to roll it and after rolling it I set aside
Then after rolling it I set my pot on fire to dry water and after drying water I add my oil allow it to hot for like 10 minutes because it has to be very hot for frying
After the oil has heat very well I add start to add my rolling ingredients into it one after the other
Here my garri chills is ready so I dish it out for everyone to enjoy my garri chips. I was very surprised at the outcome of my chips because it was nice and sweet.
