Good morning to my follow lovers of foodie, Am happy to welcome everyone to my blog this morning 🌅
This morning I weak up early to prepare my kids for school. My kids loves potatoes that anyhow you cook it they will eat so I decided to make breakfast for them with the leftover potatoes in the kitchen.
INGREDIENTS USED
Five pieces of potatoes
One teaspoon of salt for taste
Some pieces of vegetable leaves
Three tablespoons of red oil
One bulb of onion 🧅
1/2 of dry red pepper 🌶️
Half cup of oil bean (Ugba)
Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will have to show you guys how I made this recipe out
First peel my potatoes and wash with a clean water then put into a pot and cook on fire
Then start to prepare my ingredients by washing and cutting them into pieces
After that I checked my pot and it is boiling so I add my red oil into it cover
After awhile I add my red dey pepper and salt for taste and mix
Then after awhile add my chopped onions and oil bean (Ugba) mix then allow for awhile
After awhile I checked it and add my cutted vegetable leaves and mixed very well and allow the vegetable leaves to cook
After cooking here is the face of my porridge potato combination with oil bean 🫘 (Ugba) the taste is so delicious 😋 and yummy
Then dish out my morning breakfast for my kids to eat and went to school.
