My mother In-law came to visit her grandchildren because it has been a while since she has not seen them. So I have to make her favourite for her by preparing a local stew which she usually makes for us anytime we travelled down to our home town.

INGREDIENTS USED

One cup of melon 🍈
Half cup of red oil
Five pieces of fresh pepper 🌶️
One teaspoon of salt for taste
A plate of waterleaf 🍀
One bulb of onion
Water

PROCEDURE

In this procedure I will show you guys the way I made this recipe in a local way

I first boil water with a kettle, when the water has boil I used it to mix my melon and set it aside

Then washed my waterleaf up to four times a put into a pot to cook for some minutes

After that I washed all my ingredients and cut them into pieces and then bring my mortar and pound my fresh pepper and set aside

Then after that I check my pot and the waterleaf has been cooked very well so I turn it and then bring it down and put into a sieve to remove the water

After that I wash that same pot and set on fire to dry water and after drying water I add my red oil into it and then add also my chopped of onions and mix

After awhile I add a little bit of water and also mix then start to put my mixed melon into the pot and cover for awhile

Then after the melon has heat for some minutes I mix it then add my salt for taste and my pounded pepper mix very well

After some minutes I add my cooked waterleaf and mix then cover and allow to cook for some minutes

Here I check my pot of waterleaf Stew and the face was so yummy and nice, just looking at the face of this recipe you will know that the taste will be one in a million

So here I dish my food out for my mother in-law to enjoy and she was every suprise because she was not expecting such meal for me. This meal is one of her favourite
